Submissions Interested researchers are invited to submit full papers or extended abstracts (sufficient to evaluate the quality of contribution), describing completed research or work-in-progress, as well as tutorials, surveys, tools, applications, demonstrations, practical experience, ideas, concepts, position statements, open problems and discussion topics. Please submit by April 11 an abstract with a title and authors using the EasyChair online submission system, that is, all information except the file of a paper. (If you are late please submit an abstract ASAP, and we shall reply whether this is OK.) The paper submission will be accepted as PDF file using the LNCS style by April 15. There is no official page limit, but authors should strive for brevity. The final full versions of accepted papers should be submitted both as LaTeX files in the LNCS format and as PDF files by May 20. For further information on the style see the Springer LNCS guidelines. Templates are available for LaTeX (click this link for the style-files and this link for the template) as well as for Word (you can use Word for preparing a submission, but not for a camera ready paper). The submission server is open at http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=meta2016. Submission through EasyChair requires that an account in the system be created by a prospective author first. In order to create a new account, select the "I have no EasyChair account" option and follow the instructions given, providing any requested information. Once you have completed the registration you must receive an email confirming the registration and providing you with your password. After completing the registration, you can submit your paper by logging in the system, select the "Press this button to login" option, and following the instructions provided. The proceedings will be published by a local publishing house before the workshop. They will be made accessible in electronic form via Internet. PC members may submit.
